At Premier NEMT of Arizona, we make calculating your transport fee easy and transparent. Our pricing is built from four components: base rate, mileage, wait time, and optional attendant services. You’ll know exactly what you're paying for, with no hidden surprises.

This flat fee covers the cost of initiating your trip. It does not depend on travel time or mileage.

Transport Type Base Rate     Ambulatory $30   Wheelchair $40   Stretcher $100     

Simply multiply the number of miles traveled by the mileage rate.

• $2.00 per mile

Charged for time our driver waits during service (e.g. appointment delays or pickup readiness).

• $30 per hour (60 minutes)
